The vision for Act 1 Realty’s office is to have experienced agents and make exceptions to that rule only after a careful consideration given to the agent.   Act 1 Realty is not for everyone and they set themselves apart as caring more about the quality than quantity of agents with their company. 

Cheryl Smith, Managing Broker has the experience of having managed hundreds of agents and while she succeeded it was indeed a bit like juggling eggs.  When she met with the owners of Act 1 Realty she was able to embrace their company because of the shared philosophy. 

Their image of a successful, positive real estate company blended in having a great location for the office, technology to give to their agents and support by the owners and the broker.  Cheryl has long been known in the area as not only a highly ethical person but one who cares about the agents she manages.  She has her CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager) but was instrumental in establishing the state chapter for Nevada as well as serving as the charter president.

Cheryl is actively involved in the REALTOR® association having served as chairman of Professional Standards and as an instructor on their faculty.  Cheryl has also served as an expert witness for legal manners involving real estate.  She cares about the industry and cares about the agents associated with her.
