Act 1 Realty, Inc. has been in the Las Vegas Valley for over 25 years.  They have long been known in the area as one of the top producing C21 offices prior to electing to become an independent real estate company.

Act 1 Realty, Inc. was established as a company owned by the agents and continues on with that tradition.  The owners are all veteran real estate agents working in the Las Vegas Valley.

The company prides itself on having the experience to handle any transaction and having knowledge of the area that only comes from those that have watched the area develop and grow.  Each owner is still active handling their clients in their real estate transactions.

Vickie Valdov is in charge of the property management department and has a team to make sure your investment properties are handled properly.  A native of the area Vickie has been in real estate over 20 years.  Prior to becoming an agent Vickie was the assistant controller at the Tropicana for several years.  Vickie has her broker license and her property management permit.

Brian Grady has been in real estate for over 20 years.  Prior to his career in real estate Brian graduated from the University of Richmond and worked in Washington DC as a Senior Congressional Investigator of white color crimes.  Brian’s CPA degree has served him well in guiding his clients through their real estate transactions.  Brian also has a business broker permit as well as his broker license.

Kevin Smith was one of the youngest agents to receive his real estate license and has been busy ever since representing clients in their buying and selling.   He also is a real estate investor as well knowing the long term value in our real estate market.
