USAF in 1978.  Initial Salesman's real estate license in 1973, Broker's license in 1979.  Established CENTURY 21 Act 1 Realty, Inc. in March, 1984 and remained Broker/Owner/President of the Corporation through March, 2009.  Broker Salesman license in April 2009 working with a 30 plus year client list on repeat customer transactions and referrals.
