Previously a Century 21 office that was awarded top Centurion Office 19 years in a row... In 2009, the company made the decision to become an independent office, moving our office location to closer to the I-215 for easier access to the Las Vegas and Henderson Area.

Meet Our Owners

Vickie Valdov is our Broker and head of the Vickie Valdov Property Management Team. As a Native Las Vegan, Vickie has watched our community grow to its grander and to the bubble crash.  Now our city is one of the fastest growing cities in the United States.  It once again is offering a wide variety of housing options. Vickie was the assistant controller at the Tropicana Hotel before becoming a Real Estate Agent in 1980.

Kevin Smith was one of the youngest agents to receive his real estate license in 1983. His Knowledge of the real estate market is hard to match. He is also a licensed Property Manager. Prior to becoming a licensed agent Kevin worked in the Hotel Industry. Ask him about the many distinct areas for housing from city lifestyle, suburban living, and he will find the right lifestyle to fit your needs.
